      Dandong Chemical Engineering Institute Co., Ltd.       • BN HDA SERIES AGGLOMERATED BORON NITRIDE
        BN HDA SERIES AGGLOMERATED BORON NITRIDE
        Product Features
        HDA series are high-density Boron Nitride agglomerated particles. The tap density can reach 0.7g/cm3. The products contain single crystal Boron Nitride which is compacted and densified to materials with very low porosity. At present, HDA series comes in two specifications. One is a larger agglomerate with increased Boron Oxide content and D50 of about 210 μm. Another one is smal agglomerated product with low Boron Oxide content and D50 of about 22 μm.

        Product Features
        NA series is one of the boron nitride products that is currently developing, with particles smaller than 1 um. lt has two morphologies: granular and single platelet. The average particle size of granular grade is about 50 nm, and the size of platelet-like grade is about 400 nm.

        Product Features
        HS series The crystal morphology appears to be single platelet with high crystallinity and low graphitization index. The crystals grow preferred in plane direction and this can be clearly observed under SEM, The crystals have a very high aspect ratio. The product has large crystal size, high purity, low specific surface area, increased density, low soluble Borates, hydrophobic and lipophilic nature and no agglomeration. The overall quality is outstanding and matching the advanced quality level of products from all over the world.

        H-BN HN SERIES HEXAGONAL BORON NITRIDE
        Product Features
        HN series Microscopically,the monolithic structure is composed of 5~20 μm fillet with a thickness of 0.1 μm. The hexagonal boron nitride HN is fully crystallized, the specific surface area is small, and the free Boron Oxide is low.

        Product Features
        HF series The crystals appears to be smaller, thick, and round shaped. HF has medium crystallinity, small particle size, relatively large specific surface area. high purity, and low water-soluble Boron Oxide content.

        BN GR SERIES GRANULATED BORON NITRIDE
        Product Features
        GR series are medium density granulated Boron Nitride particles with a tap density of 0.4 to 0.6 g/cm3. GR series is spheroidal grade, of laminated particles of high-purity and high crystallinity Boron Nitride single crystals. The typical particle size varies from 50 ~360 μm to fit for different applications.

        H-BN HC SERIES HEXAGONAL BORON NITRIDE
        Product Features
        HC series has medium to high crystallinity and excellent high temperature and oxidation resistance. Microscopically, HC is a small agglomerate of smaller crystals with an overall medium specific surface area. The free Boron Oxide of HC and HC8 is typically higher than for other grades.

        Product Features
        The BN ceramic series and its composite ceramics are made of BN powder or composite powder by hot pressing process .The density is between 19-2.1g/cm3The hardness,compressive strength and bending strength of BN ceramics are relatively low, but the thermal conductivity is high. In addition, the ceramic appears low resistivity and corrosion resistance

        Amorphous boron powder series products are amorphous Boron with different purities obtained by purification of amorphous boron elements through combustion synthesis. The product has very fine particle size (1-2 μm) and high reactivity. The main impurity are magnesium compounds. The high purity grade is further refined with very low impurity content.

        Titanium Diboride is highly crystalline and has high purity. The particle size is adjustable from 5 μm to 100 μm, and the microstructure is hexagonal or approximately hexagonal with a certain thickness of the single crystals.
